We are currently seeking for a talented Technical Support Specialist with German.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support of B2B customer and monitoring on a reporting platform
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues executing user administration, troubleshooting and tickets management
  • Search for root cause and analyze regular questions about reports to give the best advice and resolve their query
  • Define operational alerts and associated thresholds for alerting
  • Collaborate on technical issues with stakeholders from other levels and functions seeking support where required


  • Excellent command of English and German (spoken and written)
  • Strong relationship management and social skills
  • Problem solver with good analytical skills

Experience with any front-end reporting tool is not mandatory but would be an advantage
